The traditional M&A landscape, while rich with opportunity, often presents challenges that can deter even the most seasoned entrepreneurs. High costs, complex procedures, and an overwhelming amount of manual work can make the acquisition process seem daunting. We started Skarp.ai to change that narrative.

 

Phase 1.0 of Skarp AI is focused on the very first step of the process: deal sourcing. We're leveraging advanced AI to enhance the process of matching your search criteria with the best opportunities. Our platform enables users to define their acquisition criteria using natural language and employs powerful AI to sift through vast amounts of data to find matching listings. This is just the beginning.

 

As we progress to Phase 1.1, we will introduce capabilities for users to upload and analyze Confidential Information Memorandums using AI, further simplifying the initial due diligence steps.

 

Looking ahead to Phase 1.2 and beyond, we plan to develop additional tools for business valuation and LOI drafting, and eventually, in Phases 2.0 and 2.1, integrate a network of certified professionals and financial services. Each phase is designed to build upon the last, ensuring a seamless and increasingly sophisticated user experience.
